RV Mobile Medic respects your privacy. This policy covers information you give us through our Google lead form ads, our website contact form, and our online scheduling form.

• What we collect: your name, phone number, email address, and details about your RV and where it's located, plus anything else you choose to tell us about the repair you need.

• How we use it: only to respond to your service request, give you a quote, and schedule and complete your repair. We may call, text, or email you about that request.

• No selling or sharing for marketing: we never sell, rent, or trade your information, and we never share it with data brokers or other third parties for their marketing.

• Deleting your information: you can ask us to delete your information at any time. Call or text (912) 661-3007 or email rvmobilemedicllc@gmail.com, and we'll take care of it.

We only send you recurring text updates if you opt in to our SMS messaging. The SMS terms below explain how that works.

• Data Usage: We use your data solely for Customer Care, answering questions, and conversational messaging.

• Data Security: We protect your data with secure storage measures to prevent unauthorized access.

• Data Retention: We retain your information as long as you are subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion at any time.

• MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan.

• Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies.

• Opt-Out: You can opt out of the SMS list at any time by texting, emailing, or replying STOP or CANCEL to Rvmobilemedicllc@gmail.com or (912) 661-3007. After unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS to confirm you have unsubscribed and we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours.

• You can send HELP for additional assistance, and you will receive a text including our Phone number, email and website. We are here to help you.

• Non-Sharing Clause: We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. RV Mobile Medic will not sell, rent, or share the collected mobile numbers with third parties.
