Service call: charged once per job and covers both the diagnostic visit and the repair visit. Travel and fuel are included, with no separate fuel charge.
• Zone 1 (Guyton, Springfield, Rincon, Pooler, Pembroke): $75
• Zone 2 (Savannah, Richmond Hill, Port Wentworth, Garden City): $100
• Zone 3 (Hilton Head, Bluffton, Okatie, Hardeeville, Tybee): $100
Diagnostic: $150.
Repairs: After diagnosis, we quote your repair at a flat rate, so you know the price before any work begins.
Call 912-661-3007 to schedule. Extended Warranty Work: We work with third-party extended warranty companies. Your warranty company is billed for the covered repair and the $150 diagnostic. You pay your zone's service call fee, a $75 warranty processing fee, your deductible, and anything your plan doesn't cover. (We don't perform manufacturer warranty work.)
We offer a high standard in repair services. We use genuine parts from manufactures to provide the warranty provided from the manufacture. Most parts come with a 1 year warranty.
